As soon as you see the Avenue Room, you’ll recognize the amount of care and attention that’s been put into making it the perfect place for your next event.
The Avenue Room is a private event space which can house up to 150 people seated and 250 standing cocktail party style but is just as suitable for smaller groups. Its turn-of-the-century splendours such as terracotta bricks, stately pillars, and hardwood floors have been artfully refurbished, but the Room has been purposely finished in neutral colours so that focus is never taken from your decor.
PLANNING PACKAGES
Depending on how you’re planning your event, the Avenue Room can adjust your booking package to suit the direction you’re hoping to go. If you’re hoping to stay hands-off with the planning and you’d like us to take complete care of you, we provide a Full-Service Package. With this option, you and your guests can feel at ease knowing that everything is being handled. We take care of the necessary rentals, assist with the setup of the space and tables, provide wait staff and bartenders, space coordination and the teardown of the space.

When booking time with the Avenue Room, we can accommodate a variety of situations to ensure you’re getting the most from the space.
The venue is available for full-day bookings during weekdays or weekends, and half-day options from Sunday to Friday.
